Description

The 3,2 Pin Power Cord Making Machine is a fully automatic industrial unit that runs on 220 V at 50 Hz and produces power cords without pause. It turns out 250 kg of finished cord per shift, enough for large batches of three-pin plus two-pin types. The machine cuts the wire, strips the ends, crimps the terminals and assembles the plugs in one steady flow - operators only feed the material but also remove the finished cords. A frame of thick mild steel protects every drive and cam - the unit keeps accuracy on shop floors that run around the clock. The machine arrives ready for three phase supply as well as holds constant torque throughout the cycle. It accepts any length or specification of cord that the electrical assembly line needs and it delivers the same length or crimp on every piece.
